I had a great holiday weekend, did lots of fun things, came into work full of enthusiastic anecdotes about veggie cookouts in Jersey City and the fascinating Murakami exhibit. Then my friend Mert casually informed me that his weekend included a pickup soccer game with Owen Wilson and Woody Harrelson, while Stephen Dorff looked on drunkenly. All of a sudden I didn't feel like talking about myself, which never happens.
