If you see something, say something, right? Maybe this isn't terrorism but still, three canisters of highly explosive liquid nitrogen tied to a lightpost at rush hour isn't like, cool.
In related news, A has a plan that terrorists could use. It involves hacking Mapquest so that every set of directions leads people to the same place. And that place is just one huge hole. Everybody falls in. Terrorism wins. The end.

you do realize you just used the word "terrorist" 3 times in one post, coupled with the word "explosive".

Yeah, I remember noticing those things one night and thinking "This cannot be a good idea."
I don't really know how to follow that up, but it strikes me as unwise to have potential explosive lying around the city unprotected.
