No one commented on this spruced up Pepe LePew (including me). I decided I finally had to because he got all dressed up and everyone just left him hanging. Watching Pepe vie for the attention of the cartoon lady skunks - who were actually lady cats who some how got stripes on their backs - was some of my first exposure to romance. Thanks Pep.
It's amazing the number of contrived situations which led to lady cats getting whitestriped (paint fell from an airplane etc.) Thanks Pep for teaching me my first lessons in stretching it thin. And thanks Rebecca for recognizing his skunkish sex appeal.
