Someone recently said to me that they read this blog to 'stay updated on my life.' Really? Because 90% of the things that happen in my life never make it here. I would honestly say this blog paints a pretty inaccurate picture.

Like, you know that gross picture of the gutted chicken in the post below? That was actually just the first step in my meal of chicken mole and rice. And, unlike the raw chicken on my counter, it was GD delicious! I guess the message is, this blog is about as reliable a historical document as say, Us Weekly or a fortune cookie (?)
